Booking & Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, a call-out fee may apply. Successful payment of this call-out fee confirms your booking.

The Carpet Handyman understand that plans can change! You're welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if you give us at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations, made with less than 24 hours' notice, no shows or access will forfeit your call-out fee to help cover our time and scheduling costs. 

As a courtesy to our valued clients, we're pleased to offer a credit of the call-out fee towards any additional service work scheduled within 30 days of initial visit. This means if you choose to proceed with further repairs or cleanings' during that time, the call-out fee will be deducted from the final invoice, helping you save while ensuring continuity of sevice.
