The Carpet Handyman understand plans can change! You're welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if you give us at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations, made with less than 48 hours' notice, no shows or access will forfeit your call-out fee to help cover our time and scheduling costs. 

As a courtesy to our valued clients, we're pleased to offer a credit of the call-out fee towards service work performed on day of the scheduled call out. This means if you choose to proceed with repairs or cleanings' during that time while onsite, the call-out fee will be deducted from the final invoice. This is done to help you save while ensuring continuity of service.
